It is our goal to process credits as quickly as possible! It can typically take 1-4 days to process return shipments and issue credit. Once we issue the refund to your banking institution, it typically takes 2-10 business days before they post the funds to your account.
When we issue the refund, an email is sent to the BILLING email address on your order.

Once our warehouse receives the authorized return merchandise, returns are usually processed within 1 week. We will issue a refund within 21 business days to the original form of payment used for purchasing. If the proper procedures are not followed (missing invoice, improper return packaging, etc) credit cannot be guaranteed in a timely manner due to administrative delays. Sorry, shipping and handling are not refundable.
