How do I track my Order?


A tracking link is sent to the "Billing" e-mail on the order, each time an order ships. If you don't see this email in your Inbox, make sure to check Junk, Bulk and Spam folders. Please call 800-401-5811 if you never received the email.

If you logged into your account our website (or created a new account) when you placed your order, you can track your package online:

  1. Just go to .
  2. Login by entering your username and password, then on the next page, click "View and Track My Order(s)"
  3. Locate your most recent order and click on the "view details" link to see your tracking information.
