When your package label is processed, we send an email containing tracking information. Depending on the shipping carrier used (FedEx or USPS), the detailed tracking information may not be available until late that night or the next morning. If 24 hours have passed and the tracking information shows no movement on your order, please contact our Customer Service at 800-401-5811.International Shipping:Please note that if you are shipping to an address outside the USA, USPS does not always provide tracking after the package leaves the US border.
